Tensions between justice department and mental healh department.

The cooperation between justice department and mental health should be improved. Right now police, public ministery and health care are not cooperating in the Netherlands. A new pilot project in Friesland, The Netherlands  were police, public ministry and care takers cooperate,, inspired by similar centers in San Diego in the US proves that cooperation is much more human to the victim and makes investigation into the crime zone more efficient. The Netherlands want to cut the subsidy for these centers. At the same time they want to exclude victims of sexual abuse from getting mental health care, claiming that the damage they incurred is purely fysical.  This article states that such governemental decisions are contrary to the International Childrens Rights.

214 criminal offences and no justice done in the years 1955 to 2009

This proves that pedophyles are protected by the British government.


A joint report by the NSPCC and Metropolitan Police, "Giving Victims a Voice", stated that 450 people had made complaints against Savile, with the period of alleged abuse stretching from 1955 to 2009 and the ages of the complainants at the time of the assaults ranging from 8 to 47.[8][9] The suspected victims included 28 children aged under 10, including 10 boys aged as young as 8. A further 63 were girls aged between 13 and 16 and nearly three-quarters of his victims were under 18. Some 214 criminal offences were recorded, with 34 rapes having been reported across 28 police forces.[10]

For the legions of people whose childhoods and adult lives were wrecked by sexual and physical abuse at the hands of the Roman Catholic clergy, Pope Benedict XVI is an unloved pontiff who will not be missed.

The Sydney Morning Herald: 

Pope Benedict XVI resigned after an internal investigation informed him about a web of blackmail, corruption and gay sex in the Vatican, Italian media reports say.

Three cardinals were asked by Benedict to verify allegations of financial impropriety, cronyism and corruption exposed in the so-called VatiLeaks affair.

The cardinals were said to have uncovered an underground gay network, whose members organise sexual meetings in several venues in Rome and Vatican City. 

On December 17, 2012, they handed the pontiff two red-leather bound volumes, almost 300 pages long, containing "an exact map of the mischief and the bad fish" inside the Holy See, La Repubblica said.

I see what Adele is up against, but I think it is an international problem. In Germany it's the same. I had to leave Berlin because a pedofyle put my employer under pressure. In 2002 -2007 in Berlin almost no case of abuse got admitted by public prosecution. I hope with all my heart that Adele is talking now to the right people! Van der Plas in Amerika: Nederlandse media gemuilkorfd over Demmink

Adèle van der Plas legt op dit moment (20.45 uur, dit is een real-time verslag) vernietigend getuigenis af over het Nederlandse justitiële systeem en het overgrote deel van de media, dat zich aan de leiband heeft laten leggen. Zij doet dit tegenover de Helsinki Commissie van het Amerikaanse congres.  

Wat een moedige vrouw!!!! Aruba is dus een satelliet van Nederland!

Een resolutie is op 12 februari ingediend bij het Amerikaanse Congres om het Internationale Hof van Justitie uit Den Haag weg te halen.   

Reden: de nalatigheid van Nederland (de weigerachtigheid van minister Opstelten wordt uitdrukkelijk vermeld) om de affaire Demmink zorgvuldig te onderzoeken, ondanks de zware en met meerdere getuigen onderbouwde beschuldigingen tegen de voormalig secretaris-generaal van Justitie, mr. Joris Demmink. Hij zou in een vorige functie drie Turkse jongens hebben verkracht.

Geloofwaardigheid

Door de meedogenloze opsomming in resolutie 62 van belastende omstandigheden waaronder Nederland in zijn houding volhardt, wordt betoogd dat in een dergelijk land de geloofwaardigheid van een Internationaal Hof van Justitie is aangetast. Het kan dus beter overgeplaatst worden naar een ander. De resolutie werpt de vraag op of in Nederland nog wel gesproken kan worden van rule of law.
