Kort geding tegen Justitie over achterhouden Demmink-informatie

Het ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid weigert stukken te openbaren waarin is besloten de advocatenkosten van haar voormalig secretaris-generaal Joris Demmink te betalen. Hij ging eind 2012 met pensioen en wordt al jarenlang beschuldigd van seksueel misbruik van minderjarige jongens. Justitie ondernam tot op heden niets. Stichting De Roestige Spijker bepleit een grondig onderzoek van de beschuldigingen en probeert via de Wet Openbaarheid Bestuur (WOB) te achterhalen waarom publiek geld aan de privé-verdediging van Demmink wordt besteed. Omdat Justitie weigert opening van zaken te geven, eist de stichting nu in kort geding dat de gevraagde informatie alsnog met spoed wordt verstrekt.

Stichting De Roestige Spijker heeft afgelopen week bij de rechtbank van Utrecht een verzoek tot een getuigenverhoor ingediend. De stichting wil een stafambtenaar van het ministerie van Justitie horen over de zaak Demmink. Volgens twee ex-collega’s heeft deze ambtenaar hen verteld ‘jonge jongens’ voor Demmink te hebben moeten regelen, zoals op 20 juni te lezen was in De Volkskrant. Op Radio 1 had de TROS Nieuwsshow zaterdagochtend 6 juli een uitgebreid vraaggesprek met de voorzitter van De Roestige Spijker, Robert Rubinstein (link naar mp3).

Stichting De Roestige Spijker wil dat een stafambtenaar van het ministerie van Justitie wordt gehoord over de zaak Demmink. Volgens twee ex-collega’s heeft deze ambtenaar hen verteld ‘jonge jongens’ voor Demmink te hebben moeten regelen. De Volkskrant publiceerde hierover op 20 juni. Demmink was tot eind 2012 secretaris-generaal van Justitie. De bewuste stafambtenaar zegt van niets te weten, maar haar twee ex collega’s houden onverkort vast aan hun bij een Haarlemse notaris gedeponeerde verklaring. De stichting wil hen ook als getuigen horen en dient daartoe vandaag bij de Rechtbank Utrecht een verzoekschrift in.

A carefully written research by Drs. J. Poot about how the Dutch government and the justice department ignore all the evidence against Joris Demmink, former head of the Dutch justice department.  Very depressing as it makes transparent that the Marc Dutroux  (Belgium) case is linked to an international pedofyle network. According to this book Joris Demming was,  and probably still is since his retirement november 2012, one of the heads of this international criminal network, holding governments in its grip. The rumor goes that Demmink resides  now on Aruba, enjoying young boys which are delivered to him. It enforces my personal impression that Aruba is one happy, pedofyle island.

De Demmink Doofpot contains fotocopies of files, newspaper articles and witnesses of victims. It is a very courageous work of research.  A similar book could be written in any other country of the world.

Tensions between justice department and mental healh department.

The cooperation between justice department and mental health should be improved. Right now police, public ministery and health care are not cooperating in the Netherlands. A new pilot project in Friesland, The Netherlands  were police, public ministry and care takers cooperate,, inspired by similar centers in San Diego in the US proves that cooperation is much more human to the victim and makes investigation into the crime zone more efficient. The Netherlands want to cut the subsidy for these centers. At the same time they want to exclude victims of sexual abuse from getting mental health care, claiming that the damage they incurred is purely fysical.  This article states that such governemental decisions are contrary to the International Childrens Rights.

214 criminal offences and no justice done in the years 1955 to 2009

This proves that pedophyles are protected by the British government.


A joint report by the NSPCC and Metropolitan Police, "Giving Victims a Voice", stated that 450 people had made complaints against Savile, with the period of alleged abuse stretching from 1955 to 2009 and the ages of the complainants at the time of the assaults ranging from 8 to 47.[8][9] The suspected victims included 28 children aged under 10, including 10 boys aged as young as 8. A further 63 were girls aged between 13 and 16 and nearly three-quarters of his victims were under 18. Some 214 criminal offences were recorded, with 34 rapes having been reported across 28 police forces.[10]
